Position: Hotel Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
• Ensure the delivery of outstanding service to all guests.
• Maintain high standards of guest experience, creating unique and memorable stays.
• Lead and manage the heads of the hotel departments, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement in all areas of hotel operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Hotel Manager in the hospitality industry.
• International hospitality exposure or local experience with international hotel chains highly valued.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in managing and auditing hotel teams.
• Excellent command of English and Greek in a business setting; proficiency in additional foreign languages is a significant asset.
