Scope of Position:

The Guest Experience Ambassador is responsible for creating a friendly, welcoming environment while consistently providing exceptional services to all guests and other responsibilities that will enhance the guest’s experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greets guests upon arrival and makes them feel welcome.
  • Gathers and maintains the requisite equipment for each event.
  • Helps guests by providing general information about the facilities, restrooms, seating areas, and more.
  • Maintains a positive, friendly demeanour always.
  • Assists with guests needs and questions during high level of visitation times.
  • Utilizes tablets and briefing reports to endure proper communication with guests and supervisor.
  • Makes courtesy calls to guests.
  • Observes guests and anticipates guest needs during events.
  • Assists directing guests, answering questions, and relaying messages to the guest experience assistant manager when you do not know how to support guest’s needs.
  • Completes other projects and responsibilities as assigned by the guest experience assistant manager.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Experience, at least 1-2 years, in a similar position in a luxury hotel/resort
  • A degree in the management in the hospitality industry
  • Fluency in English, in both written and verbal form
  • Strong overall computer literacy, not limited to MS Office
  • Prior experience in a new opening luxury hotel environment will be taken into serious consideration.
