HotelBrain Group, an independent company specializing in hotel management, consulting and development, is currently seeking to recruit for a managed hotel in Chios,

a professional for the position of

 

OPERATION MANAGER CHIOS

We are looking for a professional Operation Manager to be responsible for managing all hotel operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will be able to manage all outlets and staff. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Hospitality/ Tourism.
  • 2-3 years minimum experience in a Operations Managerial position in a five-star Hotel or Resort
  • Pre-opening previous experience
  • Preferably experience in a hotel member of the Leading Hotels of the World
  • Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential.
  • Very good knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and customer – oriented.
  • Excellent MS Office and PMS skills.
  • Well-groomed with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork spirit.
