Responsibilities
- Oversee a specific section in the kitchen, ensuring the efficient execution of all dishes.
- Maintain consistent presentation of dishes to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Mentor and coach less experienced staff, fostering their professional development.
- Contribute to menu development and refinement.
- Adhere to sanitation and food safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine-dining or high-class restaurant.
- Passion for food and dedication to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow.
- Enthusiasm for developing a career in a high-quality restaurant environment.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills.
- Excellent command of Greek and English.
