We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper for our client, a leader hospitality company. As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' accommodations. Your attention to detail and ability to manage a team will be crucial in providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

Ex. Housekeeping Manager 

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain cleanliness standards
• Train and supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring they follow standard operating procedures
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness standards
• Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints, resolving any issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a stock inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are readily available
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or events

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety precautions relating to the use of cleaning chemicals
