The Steward assists in keeping the kitchen clean, sanitizing, and keeping the workflows of dirt and clean dishes and equipment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize work surfaces, equipment, dishes, and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness standards by washing dishes, pots, pans, plates, silverware, glassware, and other items used in cooking or food preparation.
• Operate dishwashers and other equipment used for cleaning and sterilizing dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen items.
• Clean and maintain the kitchen, including sweeping floors and wiping down surfaces.
• Follow safety procedures for using equipment, disposing of waste products, and other activities.
• Support the kitchen Chefs.

Qualifications / Experience:

• EU passport Holder is mandatory in order to work in Greece
• Minimum of 1-year experience in the task is considered a plus.
• Fluency in English & Greek.

Στόχος της θέσης:

Ο Λαντζιέρης βοηθά να διατηρηθεί η κουζίνα καθαρή και αποστειρωμένη, καθώς και στη συντήρηση των πιάτων και του εξοπλισμού.

Καθήκοντα και Αρμοδιότητες:

• Καθαρίζει και να αποστειρώνει επιφάνειες εργασίας, εξοπλισμό, πιάτα, γυαλικά, μαχαιροπήρουνα και εργαλεία, σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα καθαριότητας του ξενοδοχείου.
• Χρησιμοποιεί πλυντήρια πιάτων και άλλα μηχανήματα για τον καθαρισμό και αποστείρωση των πιάτων, γυαλικών, μαχαιροπήρουνων και άλλων εργαλείων. 
• Διατηρεί την κουζίνα καθαρή και αποστειρωμένη, συμπεριλαμβανομένου των πατωμάτων.
• Ακολουθεί πρωτόλλα ασφαλείας όταν χρησιμοποιεί εξοπλισμό, πετά απορρίμματα και σε οποιαδήποτε άλλη δραστηριότητα κατά την εργασία του.
• Στηρίζει τους μάγειρες. 

Χαρακτηριστικά/προσόντα:

• Έλληνας πολίτης ή με άδεια παραμονής και εργασίας στην Ελλάδα.
• Τουλάχιστον 1 έτος εμπειρίας σε ανάλογη θέση θα θεωρηθεί προσόν.
• Γνώση Ελληνικών ή Αγγλικών.
