Key Responsibilities
- To provide prompt, efficient and professional service for guests over the phone, making sure of meeting guests’ requirements.
- To transfer calls with precision and in an efficient manner.
- To handle calls on hold urgently, promptly, and professionally.
- To ensure that messages are obtained accurately.
- To communicate effectively via e-mail/chats etc. Responsibilities include submission as well of defects/ requests/ work orders in the company’s database.
Experience, Requirements & Skills
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written Greek and English. Knowledge of a second foreign language would be considered an advantage.
- Very good command of Microsoft Office.
- Communication skills, be able to multitask and work under pressure.
- Marriott experience is a plus.
