Key Responsibilities

  • To provide prompt, efficient and professional service for guests over the phone, making sure of meeting guests’ requirements.
  • To transfer calls with precision and in an efficient manner.
  • To handle calls on hold urgently, promptly, and professionally.
  • To ensure that messages are obtained accurately.
  • To communicate effectively via e-mail/chats etc. Responsibilities include submission as well of defects/ requests/ work orders in the company’s database.

Experience, Requirements & Skills

  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel.
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written Greek and English. Knowledge of a second foreign language would be considered an advantage.
  • Very good command of Microsoft Office.
  • Communication skills, be able to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Marriott experience is a plus.
