Optimal HR, on behalf of 360 Connect, a subsidiary of Vodafone, is looking for a Field Telecommunications Technician to join a dynamic and technology-driven environment.
As a Field Telecommunications Technician, you will be at the forefront of customer support, ensuring the fast, efficient, and high-quality resolution of technical issues on-site. You will play a key role in maintaining network reliability while delivering an excellent customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Install and maintain telecommunications equipment (fiber, copper, and wireless systems)

Perform on-site troubleshooting and repairs

Test, configure, and maintain network connections and customer premises equipment

Read and interpret technical diagrams and network plans
-
Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards

Provide friendly and professional support to customers on-site

Work independently or as part of a field service team
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in telecommunications, electrical work, or related technical fields preferred

Basic knowledge of fiber optics, cabling, or network systems is an advantage

Ability to safely use hand and power tools

Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Good communication skills with a customer-focused attitude

Valid driver’s license (Category B)
