ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ ΡΟΛΟΥ

Αυτή είναι μια πλήρους απασχόλησης υβριδική θέση για έναν άπταιστα ή μητρικά ελληνόφωνο προγραμματιστή, με σκοπό τη δημιουργία μιας Ελληνικής Πλατφόρμας Συνομιλητικής Τεχνητής Νοημοσύνης.

ΤΥΠΟΣ ΣΥΝΕΡΓΑΣΙΑΣ

Πληρωμένη Proof Of Concept → Συνεργασία βάσει συμβολαίου → Δυνατότητα ρόλου CTO

Η θέση βρίσκεται στην Αθήνα, με ευελιξία για κάποιες ημέρες εργασίας από το σπίτι.

Ο senior developer θα είναι υπεύθυνος για τη δημιουργία και διατήρηση αξιόπιστων backend συστημάτων χρησιμοποιώντας Python και/ή Node.js, ενσωματώνοντας την πλατφόρμα Conversational AI της Twilio (ή παρόμοια), βελτιστοποιώντας την απόδοση και διασφαλίζοντας την κλιμάκωση του συστήματος.

Ο ρόλος θα περιλαμβάνει επίσης συνεργασία με τις ομάδες προϊόντων για την ανάπτυξη καινοτόμων λύσεων συνομιλητικής τεχνητής νοημοσύνης προσαρμοσμένων στις ανάγκες των πελατών.

ΠΡΟΣΟΝΤΑ

• Επάρκεια στην ανάπτυξη λογισμικού και στην ανάπτυξη backend
• Ισχυρή εμπειρία σε Python και/ή Node.js
• Εμπειρία σε αντικειμενοστραφή προγραμματισμό (OOP)
• Βασική κατανόηση αρχών επιστήμης υπολογιστών και βέλτιστων πρακτικών
• Εμπειρία με Twilio ή παρόμοιες πλατφόρμες συνομιλητικής τεχνητής νοημοσύνης αποτελεί πλεονέκτημα
• Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων και εργασίας ανεξάρτητα ή ομαδικά

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time hybrid role for a fluent or native Greek speaking Developer to make a Greek Conversational AI Platform. Non Greek speaking need not apply.

The position is based in Athens, with flexibility for some work-from-home days.

The Developer will be responsible for creating and maintaining robust backend systems using Python and/or Node.js, integrating the Twilio(or similar) Conversational AI Platform, optimizing performance, and ensuring system scalability.

The role will also involve collaboration with product teams to develop innovative conversational AI solutions tailored to client needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency in software development and back-end web development

Strong programming expertise in Python and/or Node.js

Experience in object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and implementation

Solid understanding of computer science principles and best practices

Experience working with Twilio or similar conversational AI platforms is a plus

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team

• Phase 2: Month 6 and onwards, Post-MVP, refining, maintaining and upgrading the platform: €4,000 / month (gross) + defined path to CTO.
