Representing a major client located in Athens, Greece, Zaidan IT Solutions, a leading IT consulting firm, is seeking an:

IT Support Technician with advanced English language skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of IT equipment.
• Installation and configuration of new devices.
• Providing technical support to users, resolving software and hardware issues.
• Offering basic support for networking, security, and other related tasks.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in IT or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced level of English is essential
• Proficiency in Office 365.

Conditions

• Approximate Start Date: Looking for an immediate start in July
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).
• Location: Athens 145 64, Greece.
