Partly remoteBIOAXIS Healthcare, an IQVIA business, the largest company that specializes in the provision of high-quality Patient Education and Care Services, through patient support programs, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards while driving organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations & Service Quality
- Oversee day-to-day service delivery to patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring high service quality and adherence to response time targets (SLAs).
- Monitor operational performance metrics and identify risks or delays, taking proactive action to resolve issues.
- Provide guidance to the coordination team, addressing questions, escalations, and operational challenges.
Team Leadership & Scheduling
- Develop and manage the monthly shift schedule for the coordination team, ensuring adequate coverage based on business needs.
- Adjust the daily operational plan according to changing requirements, workload, and project-specific deadlines.
- Support team members by offering direction, clarifications, and coaching to ensure consistent performance.
Process Optimization & Operational Excellence
- Assess existing workflows and recommend improvements to simplify procedures and increase overall efficiency.
- Implement and monitor corrective actions that enhance service quality and reduce operational gaps.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with multiple internal departments (e.g., Sales, Quality, Medical, IT, Logistics) to ensure seamless operational execution.
- Ensure operational activities comply with internal standards, industry regulations and requirements.
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (e.g., Economics, Marketing).
- Proven experience in operations management, program supervision, or a related field.
- Data analysis and KPI monitoring skills, ensuring accurate measurement of performance indicators.
