1. Generate the best possible statistical demand forecast for the major accounts in collaboration with our Commercial and Finance teams and customer contacts.
2. Εnsure that this demand forecast is input to the IT systems.
3. Μonitor actual orders against demand forecast, speedily investigate significant variances, and amend the demand forecast appropriately in agreement with the Commercial team
4. Αct as the supply chain face of PepsiCo Ivi/Tasty to major customers and possibly own the service level into their depots.
5. Get involved in improving the on-shelf availability of PepsiCo Ivi/Tasty products on major customer's shelves/depots
6. Own a variety of other projects on behalf of the Supply Chain Team. This could include certain promotional events, new product development launches, system enhancements and process reviews.
7. As the commercial / supply interface, to provide the supply chain teams with timely analysis, guidance, information, and decision-making to ensure that the Supply Chain is in the best position to deliver against the demand plan.
8. Demonstrate high personal integrity to develop / manage the relationship with the sales team/customers so that PepsiCo Ivi/Tasty improves its supply performance to main customers
9. Monitor obsoletes progress aiming at minimizing obsolescence cost by timely informing the Commercial and Finance teams and suggest actions
- Successful achievement of results in a fast-moving environment
- Experience of working cross-functionally at an operational level, with demonstrable evidence of influencing a peers group and above, and strong examples of relationship building and creation of collaborative, customer-focussed plans
- Good understanding and use of IT systems; excel, databases as well as statistical forecasting models experience would be particularly relevant
