About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Product Manager to join our growing, hybrid team. In this role, you’ll lead the development of high-performance, scalable user interfaces for our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Kariera Group’s core product lines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams -Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales -to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions that support both customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration, using data-driven insights to inform decisions.
Partner with UX/UI, Engineering, and Data team to deliver high-quality product features that delight users.
Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product ideas.
Drive go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Track product performance through KPIs; continuously optimize product based on user and market feedback.

Qualifications:

5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of launching successful digital products, ideally but not required from HR tech industry
Strong analytical skills and a data-informed mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Demonstrated experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
Experience in recruitment platforms, job marketplaces, HRTech, or SaaS is highly desirable.
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Metabase, Tableau or similar tools
