Atlantica Hotels & Resorts, member of Wavemaker Hospitality, is the Group’s largest hotel brand in Greece and Cyprus, with more than 40 properties and 45+ years of excellence in hospitality. We are now seeking an experienced and dynamic Entertainment Manager to lead the entertainment teams of two 5* properties in Kos for the 2026 season.
Role Overview
As the Entertainment Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across daytime and evening entertainment programs, ensuring team performance, guest satisfaction, and smooth cooperation with hotel leadership. You will play a key role in shaping an engaging and memorable entertainment environment while upholding the Group’s operational and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the entertainment teams across both hotels.
- Ensure top guest satisfaction and achieve CSQ & TripAdvisor targets.
- Maintain excellent communication with hotel management and the Group Entertainment Manager.
- Oversee the execution of daily and evening entertainment programs.
- Actively engage with guests and gather feedback.
- Manage staff recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance.
- Ensure proper maintenance and use of all entertainment equipment.
- Supervise content updates for the hotel’s kiosk, TVs, and app.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and operational standards.
- Conduct monthly stock and accommodation checks.
- Participate in HOD meetings and deliver clear team briefings.
- Maintain high-quality programs for Kids Club, Teens Club, and all entertainment activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and guest-relation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage long hours during peak season.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Professional appearance, creativity, and a positive, flexible personality.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
