Scientific Affairs Associate

Gerolymatos International AEBE is currently seeking a highly motivated team member to join our Scientific Department as Scientific Affairs Associate. The candidate will assume responsibilities relating to scientific and clinical support of medical device products reporting to Chief Scientific officer and in collaboration with the regulatory department of the company.

Job Requirements

• University degree in Biology or relevant life science field
• PhD in life sciences, preferably in fields related to human disease.
• Strong scientific understanding and experience in medical writing and data analysis (e.g. drafting of clinical & preclinical reports and other technical documents)
• 1-2 years’ experience in clinical trial activities preferably in the medical device or therapeutics industry
• Excellent command of the English language both written & spoken. Any additional language is an advantage.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office and ADOBE Acrobat Pro.

Main responsibilities

• Conduct literature and technical documentation analysis
• Participate in the organization and/or management of clinical trial activities
• Contribute to the writing of scientific, clinical, risk assessment and other reports integrated in medical device regulatory files
