The Role

As a B2B Sales Agent at Public Group, you will play an integral role within our sales team. Your responsibilities will encompass identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities within the B2B sector. Your primary focus will be on comprehending the unique needs of potential clients, presenting customized solutions, and fostering enduring relationships that drive revenue growth. This is an outstanding opportunity for a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand our corporate clientele through proactive telephone outreach
  • Identify potential customers and provide high standards of service to existing corporate clients
  • Conduct needs assessments, tailor solutions, and promote the appropriate product mix that aligns with corporate customer requirements
  • Implement company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
  • Provide support for the administrative operations of the department and actively contribute to achieving corporate goals

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any other related degree will be considered as a plus
  • Hold over 2 years of experience in a sales position (preferably in B2B sales)
  • Demonstrated experience in selling stationery products
  • Exhibit strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Showcase an unwavering commitment to impeccable customer service
  • Possess self-motivation and a drive to achieve goals
  • Foster a strong team spirit and embrace innovative thinking
  • Excellent use of PCs and Microsoft Office programs
  • Exhibit excellent proficiency in English (both oral and written communication)

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SAP or similar system software (ERP).
