As we expand our operations, we are looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to join our active team. The role will be from the office, however will have external tasks when required. The ideal candidate must be agile and ready to adapt in variable tasks as the management require.
Key responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to scheduling, phone calls, emails, and documentation.
- Perform personal tasks as needed.
- Conducting preliminary research on various topics
- Organize and maintain appointment calendars.
- Helps plan and coordinate events and meetings.
- Communication with customers, suppliers and other staff on behalf of management.
- Email management and replies
- Perform external jobs as required
- Update Social media platforms in both Greek and English as required in various business units
- Participate in Management meetings and take minutes notes and follow up emails as per instructions
- Ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications
- Advanced use of computers, mobile and technology
- Easy adopt on new technologies to use on multitasking and administrative jobs
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace and other common business software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks.
- High level of confidentiality and confidentiality.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in English language.
