Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to support the growth of our business in the Greece market. The ideal candidate will have a sales background, excellent communication skills, and fluency in both English and Turkish, with the ability to effectively promote and sell our property portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow market share within the Greece market through proactive sales and marketing efforts
• Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing accounts
• Promote and sell company properties through various channels, including direct sales, digital platforms, and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and property viewings (virtual or in-person)
• Collaborate closely with the Istanbul team to create and execute targeted campaigns
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently

  Requirements

• 1–2 years of sales experience (real estate, hospitality, or similar preferred)
• Strong marketing skills with the ability to promote and position properties effectively
• Fluency in Turkish and English is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Willingness to travel and attend events as required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
