Medical Sales Representative (Surgical Equipment)


The purpose of this role is to drive sales growth and increase market presence for the company’s medical and surgical product portfolio by building strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and hospitals stakeholders.

 

More Specifically:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with public and private hospitals and clinics.
  • Promote the medical and surgical product portfolio to doctors and hospital procurement departments.
  • Manage the assigned territory and achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Provide technical assistance during product presentations when required.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Attend product demonstrations, conferences and medical exhibitions.
  • Work closely with internal teams (customer service and tender departments, etc.).

 

What we are looking for:

  • 2-3 years of experience in medical equipment sales.
  • Strong understanding of the hospital environment.
  • Fluency in Greek and English language (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently.
  • Self-motivated and results- driven personality.
