Area Territory Representative


Responsibilities:

  • Actively hunt for new business opportunities and prospect potential clients within the assigned territory.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and distributors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct technical assessments of customer packaging lines to recommend innovative equipment and material solutions (e.g., cushioning, surface protection).
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve or exceed annual sales targets and margin goals.
  • Partner with internal Technical Services, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to provide seamless support and resolve customer challenges.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge in the local market.

Requirements:

  • At least 5-8 years of experience in sales.
  • Experience in technical sales (e.g., industrial sales or building materials etc).
  • Graduate of a Technical University or College (considered a plus).
  • Capabilities in fixing and troubleshooting electromechanical problems.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English speaking.
