Salt Water, a leading company in the premium ready-to-wear and resort wear sector, is looking for a dynamic Wholesale Sales Representative (B2B) to join its growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a wholesale client network
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Present collections and promote the company’s brands to B2B clients
- Negotiate commercial agreements and close sales
- Monitor orders and ensure excellent customer service
- Achieve and exceed sales targets based on KPIs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in wholesale sales within the fashion industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work towards KPIs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages will be considered a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office (CRM knowledge is a plus)
- Availability to travel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing network within the fashion retail/wholesale market
- Experience with premium or international fashion brands
