Account Manager - B2B Direct Sales

 

Job Description:

  • Developing new clientele and establishing sales cycles for the company’s products and services
  • Managing the entire sales cycle - from identifying needs and presenting solutions to closing deals
  • Building and strengthening relationships with clients across all levels of their organizational structure
  • Executing daily sales activities and maintaining a strong pipeline
  • Consistently provide high standards of service to customers
  • Adherence to internal company procedures

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented mindset
