As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be part of our rapidly growing Long-Term Rentals Division and you should be able to transform external leads to sales to achieve business goals. You will focus on generating new sales making daily sales calls, networking, building relationships and identifying sales opportunities. You will partner with clients not only to understand their needs but also deliver customized value-added solutions to solve their priorities.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Handle requests and manage relationships with existing and new clients.
· Identify new sales opportunities and develop specific retail channels.
· Presents products to customers.
· Utilize consultative selling skills to identify customer needs in order to close sales opportunities.
· Ensure delivery of the customer experience from sale to fulfillment to foster relationships.
· Provides customer service and be responsible for complaints management and problem solving.
· Monitor competition in order to keep up with the various changes and developments to the business.
Requirements
· Bachelor degree in Business Administration. A master degree will be considered as an asset.
· At least 1-2 years’ work experience as a Retail Development or Sales Consultant.
· Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written).
· Excellent command of MS-Office applications and familiarity with CRM programs.
· Strong communication skills with attention to details.
· Knowledge of car specifications will be considered as an asset.
