Account Manager @ Thessaloniki
What you will do
- Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory to meet and exceed annual volume, revenue, and pipeline targets
- Generate new business through existing customer relationships and prospective customer networks
- Use strategic discovery and probing techniques to identify needs, evaluate opportunities, and recommend tailored business solutions
- Collaborate with sales and cross-functional internal teams to develop strategic marketing and product plans, ensuring KPI alignment and execution
- Prepare and deliver regular performance and progress reports for clients and senior leadership
- Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, maintaining ongoing communication with the sales team
- Proactively recommend actions to improve sales performance and uncover new growth opportunities
What we expect from you
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Sales account manager
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Business acumen with understanding of sales performance metrics
- Solid commercial negotiation skills and ability to influence
- Ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
