We are currently looking for a Business Development & Technical Sales Specialist - Pharmaceutical Raw Materials, based at our Athens Headquarters, to develop and grow the current product portfolio to existing and new customers.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As our Business Development & Technical Sales Specialist, you will act as a commercial and technical partner for our Pharma customers. You will:
- Be a member of the sales team and report directly to the management.
- Manage and expand the portfolio of pharmaceutical raw materials (API’s and excipients)
- Identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Develop long-term partnerships with industrial customers.
- Identify and explore key customers in the territory and engage in all parts of sales cycle.
- Support customers with application know-how, product positioning and technical problem-solving.
- Keep an in-depth knowledge of the marketplace and the competition within the marketplace
- Assist the service and support staff to deal with the payment collection and customer queries
WHAT IS NEEDED:
- Degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy or related technical field.
- 3- 5 years experience in B2B technical sales or in a pharma company.
- Commercial mindset combined with strong technical credibility.
- Ability to engage confidently with R&D, production and procurement teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English; familiarity with CRM / ERP systems.
- Driving license & willingness to travel within assigned territory.
