About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Sales Team in our Athens office. 

In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient handling of incoming leads, guiding potential clients through the sales journey from the initial contact through to deal closure. You will work closely with the broader sales team to ensure a smooth and well-coordinated sales process while delivering a high-quality experience to prospective clients. Ideal candidates are proactive, organized, and commercially minded professionals with strong communication and relationship-building skills, capable of understanding client needs and presenting tailored digital solutions for the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will: 

  • Manage incoming leads and inquiries for company products.

  • Prepare sales proposals tailored to client needs.

  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure.

  • Maintain and update sales records in CRM systems.

  • Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services.

  • Provide post-sales support as necessary.

Requirements

  • Previous work experience in hotel reservations or front office positions.

  • Strong knowledge of the WebHotelier booking engine.

  • Familiarity with Hotelizer PMS or other Property Management Systems (PMS).

  • Experience with FreshSales CRM or other CRM platforms is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.

  • Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Strong customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
