AION1922 Contract, with a history of over 100 years in Greece, has been active in Contract since the 1980’s. This organized sector is oriented towards everything related to flooring, from carpets to contract axminster carpets, custom made, creating it yourself, commercial tiles, Artificial Grass and Green Wall Garden (GWG).
As we dynamically grow our contract division, supplying hotels, yachts, construction companies, infrastructure firms, public institutions and large-scale commercial projects, we are looking for a:
B2B Sales & Project Development Executive – AIΟΝ1922 Contract
Your Mission
- Develop and expand our ΑΙΟΝ contract (B2B) client portfolio
• Approach and build relationships with architects, interior designers, construction companies, hotel groups and public sector organizations
• Identify new project opportunities in hospitality, commercial and public infrastructure sectors
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Coordinate internally with production, suppliers and logistics to ensure project execution
• Represent AIΩΝ1922 Contract in meetings, exhibitions and industry events
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years experience in B2B sales (ideally in construction materials, flooring, interiors, hospitality supply or related sectors)
• Strong network in hospitality, construction or architecture is highly valued
• Proven ability to open doors and develop new accounts
• Commercial mindset with negotiation skills
• Organized, proactive and self-driven personality
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
