Nanosoft, member of Epsilon Net Group - the largest Business Software Group in Greece - with a full portfolio of specialized services and sales software solutions, is seeking a Sales Account Manager

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Partners offering IT solutions to HORECA market
  • Identify new business opportunities and upsell software solutions to existing customers
  • Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs set by the company
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software solutions
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and technology developments in the HORECA sector
  • Negotiate contracts, software licenses, and service agreements with Partners
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of retention and satisfaction
  • Participate in industry events to promote software solutions and expand business network

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in a business-related field, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in the HORECA industry
  • Strong network and deep understanding of the HORECA market, distribution channels, and industry trends
  • Proven account management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Strong command of the English language, advanced PC skills
