“CER Sales Development”
The job candidate will be responsible to contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and processes. He/she will perform the job based on the Company’s Quality procedures, Code of ethics and other Company’s Policies.
Candidate's profile:
Experience & Skills Required:
- University degree
- At least 5 years of experience in a sales or customer service role and in consulting/auditing;
- Very good knowledge of management system standards (i.e ISO 9K, ISO 14K, ISO45K, ISO 22K, BRC).
- Proficient in English
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications;
- Understanding of sales processes and customer service best practices;
- Familiarity with the certification industry will be strongly preferred;
- Optional: Very good knowledge of the food sector;
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Acquisition of new clients within company’s target segments, esp. Certification Solutions Mass/Middle Market promoting the entire package of services achieving the set sales targets, through optimal management of the territory, directly caring for the relationship with companies and/or Consultants.
- Coordinate and schedule sales-related meetings, appointments, and events;
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system;
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and other sales materials;
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed;
- Gather and analyze sales data to provide reports and insights to the Business Unit Manager;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and processes.
