VERMA DRUGS S.A., a leading pharmaceutical company with a strong presence in hospital, renal and critical care settings, is seeking to appoint a Key Accounts Manager to strengthen its ICU and Renal portfolio, support international partnerships, and manage key opinion leaders across Greece and selected export markets.
The role combines strategic key account management, hospital stakeholder engagement, KOL collaboration, and export-oriented business development, with a clear focus on Intensive Care Units and Renal Therapy environments.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and execute a structured key account strategy for ICU and Renal centres in public and private hospitals.
- Manage relationships with key hospital stakeholders, including intensivists, nephrologists, procurement departments, and hospital management.
- Develop and maintain a structured KOL engagement plan, including scientific interactions, advisory boards, and educational initiatives.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new commercial opportunities in Greece and selected international markets.
- Act as the primary point of contact with foreign principals and international partners, supporting export activities and new product introductions.
- Monitor the competitive landscape, tender activity, and market trends in ICU, renal, and critical care therapies.
- Conduct market analysis and contribute to business planning, pricing strategy, and portfolio development.
- Ensure systematic follow-up, reporting, and performance monitoring of key accounts and strategic partnerships.
- Represent the company at scientific congresses, hospital meetings, and international industry events.
Qualifications
- University degree in Health Sciences, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in Intensive Care Units and/or Hemodialysis environments is mandatory.
- Strong background in hospital key account management, preferably involving ICU, Renal, or critical care products.
- Demonstrated experience in KOL management and scientific stakeholder engagement.
- Exposure to international collaboration or export-related activities is considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office; CRM experience will be considered an asset.
- Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in a comparable hospital-focused role.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Ability to operate effectively within a structured yet entrepreneurial family business environment.
- Valid driving license.
