This role combines shopper marketing, trade marketing, and category management tasks to enhance in-store visibility, improve category performance, and contribute to commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual shopper marketing plans for customers, aligned with channel needs and brand priorities, with end-to-end ownership of all activities.
- Develop category management studies, selling stories and growth analyses to identify opportunities across retailers.
- Monitor category and brand dynamics, competitor activity, shopper behavior and market trends.
- Manage the trade marketing calendar, in-store activations and POS materials.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and share updates, learnings, and reports with local and regional teams.
- Monitor KPIs, uplift results, and campaign effectiveness; propose improvements based on post-activation analyses and retailer feedback.
- Manage shopper marketing budget and ensure accurate forecasting and tracking of investment.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is considered an asset).
- 2–5 years of experience in FMCG, Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Category Management.
- Strong analytical skills; familiarity with Nielsen/IRI data is considered a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively cross-functionally.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
