Sales Associate – Prime & Super-Prime Residential Real Estate

Greece Sotheby’s International Realty, the leading luxury brokerage in Greece, is seeking ambitious and service-oriented Sales Associates to support our continued growth in the prime and super-prime residential market.

You will represent exceptional homes, work alongside top-performing agents, and develop deep market expertise within a trusted global brand known for integrity, discretion, and excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Represent prime and super-prime residential properties with professionalism and market insight.
  • Manage clients both sellers and buyers across the entire sales cycle, including home valuations, inquiries, viewings, follow-ups, negotiation support, and closing coordination.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, briefs, and property insights.
  • Collaborate with senior agents and receive structured mentoring and training.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and follow internal processes consistently.
  • Uphold high ethical standards, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with both buyers and sellers.


Requirements

  • Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Service-oriented mindset and ability to inspire trust.
  • Strong organisational skills and disciplined follow-up.
  • Ability to learn quickly in a high-performance environment.
  • Professional presence, reliability, and commitment to quality.

Experience in real estate, hospitality, luxury sales, or client-facing roles is considered an advantage.
