Epsilon Net Α.Ε., the largest Business Software Group in Greece with a full portfolio of specialized services and sales software solutions, is seeking a Sales Account Manager!
Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of hospitality clients (including hotels, resorts, travel agencies)

Identify new business opportunities and upsell software solutions to existing clients

Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs set by the company

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software solutions and features
-
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and technology developments in the hospitality sector
-
Negotiate contracts, software licenses, and service agreements with clients
-
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of retention and satisfaction
-
Participate in industry events to promote software solutions and expand network
Requirements:
-
University degree in a business-related field, Information Technology, or a related discipline

At least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry (hotel tech, travel tech, or hospitality services preferred)

Strong network and deep understanding of the hotel market, distribution channels, and industry trends

Proven account management skills and ability to handle large accounts

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment

Strong command of the English language and advanced PC skills
