Are you passionate about the science behind paints, coatings, inks, and adhesives? Do you enjoy helping customers improve formulas and solve technical challenges? We’re looking for a Technical Sales Representative with a chemical engineering background to support and grow our portfolio of raw materials for the coatings industry.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand sales of resins, pigments, additives, solvents, and specialty raw materials to coatings manufacturers

• Provide technical support on formulation optimization, performance issues, and product selection

• Conduct customer visits, lab evaluations, product demos, and trial monitoring

• Work closely with customer R&D teams to introduce new technologies and improve coating performance

• Prepare and deliver presentations on product capabilities

• Develop sales strategies, pricing proposals, and market growth plans

• Track competitor products, market trends, and customer needs in architectural, industrial, and protective coatings

🎓 Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or related field

• Experience in coatings, paints, or chemical raw materials is a strong advantage but not a prerequisite

• Understanding of coating formulation principles (binders, pigments, dispersants, rheology, additives)

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and technical presentation skills

• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and travel to customer sites
