Sales Support Specialist

The Role: As a Sales Support Specialist you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with the company's strategic clients with the aim of maintaining satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and managing strategic partnerships with existing customers, with the aim of boosting sales and satisfaction
• Managing orders, commercial agreements, and credit notes, in collaboration with the relevant departments
• Monitoring KPIs, sales, and inventory
• Monthly entry of order forecasts for production and raw material planning, using analysis tools (e.g., Cognos)
• Preparation and analysis of weekly scorecards to compare customer performance with market trends
• Ongoing communication with customers regarding the progress of shipments, orders, and low stock products (PSI)

Required qualifications:

• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• +3 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand customer’s business needs
• Organizational skills and results-oriented
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Very good knowledge of English
