Oikos Property Developments is a rapidly growing company active in the real estate sector. We would like to include in our team a Sales Associate, for permanent occupation full time.  

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the real estate market. 
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish relationships with customers during their visits
  • Show the properties to potential clients, in order the sale to be more effective 
  • Handle escalated customer issues or complaints
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and closed deals 
  • Coordinate and assign site visits and property showings to sales agents  

 

Your Profile:

  • Full Professional Proficiency in English, both written and oral (additional languages will be considered an advantage)  
  • Proven experience in the sales field. Experience in the real estate industry would be considered an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
