Senior Sales Manager
                                          Hotel Amenities & Sustainable Products

We are seeking an experienced, motivated and creative Senior Sales Manager to lead our efforts in promoting and selling innovative sustainable products, primarily within the hotel industry. This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking company committed to environmental responsibility and ecofriendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Main responsibility is to continually take the lead in devising and executing new ways to connect
with potential customers.
• Drive sales of sustainable products tailored for the hotel industry.
• Lead and manage a small team (1–2 direct reports).
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel industry stakeholders.
• Represent the company with professionalism and passion for sustainability.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
• Proven track record of success, preferably within the hotel industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Genuine interest in environmental sustainability and eco-friendly products.
• Ability to work both in-office and remotely while actively engaging with clients.

Selection Process:

The interview process will include at least two rounds. Candidates will be required to deliver a presentation outlining a strategic sales plan for our product.
