We are seeking an experienced, motivated and creative Senior Sales Manager to lead our efforts in promoting and selling innovative sustainable products, primarily within the hotel industry. This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking company committed to environmental responsibility and eco-friendly solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Main responsibility is to continually take the lead in devising and executing new ways to connect with potential customers.
- Drive sales of sustainable products tailored for the hotel industry.
- Lead and manage a small team (1–2 direct reports).
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel industry stakeholders.
- Represent the company with professionalism and passion for sustainability.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
- Proven track record of success, preferably within the hotel industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Genuine interest in environmental sustainability and eco-friendly products.
- Ability to work both in-office and remotely while actively engaging with clients.

Selection Process:
