Reporting to: Deputy Sales and Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper placement and organization of products in stores, in accordance with company standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Create attractive product displays aimed at increasing customer engagement and driving sales.
- Set up product stands, promotional displays, and distribute marketing materials to partnered retail locations.
- Collect and submit monthly sales forecasts per product category, in coordination with the Sales Manager.
- Support the order-taking process and ensure efficient stock replenishment in stores.
- Design and maintain product display plans and layouts within retail locations.
- Monitor stock levels, identify potential shortages or overstock situations, and propose promotional actions or markdowns accordingly.
- Track competitor activity and market trends on a daily basis and report insights to the team in a timely manner.
- Plan and conduct regular store visits, submit weekly visit reports with qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Submit monthly expense reports in line with the company’s internal policy.
- Provide training and support to retail partners, including new product presentations and promotional campaign briefings.
- Participate in industry trade shows, commercial events, and training seminars.
- Travel regularly (up to 2 weeks per month) to partner stores and clients across Greece (mainland and islands), with occasional trips abroad for training or corporate meetings.
Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Agronomy, ideally combined with a technical background.

Up to 3 years of proven work experience in a relevant field such as merchandising or sales.

Excellent command of MS Office and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales practices, with the ability to build productive business relationships.

Strong motivation and a target-driven mindset with a demonstrable track record in sales performance.

Excellent selling, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational abilities.

Capability to prepare and deliver presentations tailored to different audiences.

Excellent knowledge of Greek language

Professional working proficiency in English is required.

Willingness and ability to travel up to 2 weeks per month across Greece (mainland and islands), with occasional travel abroad.
