Sales Representative
We are seeking a highly deal driven Sales Representative to bolster our go to market efforts. You will operate at the forefront of our growth and interact with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions. At the same time you will collaborate with Operations and other teams, enabling value creation for our customers.
Your mission is to build a qualified pipeline and convert it, turning first orders into long term customers who renew and expand. If you thrive on clear communication, love solving objections, and are always ready to go the extra mile, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities

Pipeline management: nurture existing and create new target lists, run communication sequences, follow up with speed, map the customer device needs, qualify leads into opportunities and prepare clear offers.

Closing: handle objections and explain trade offs (such as total cost of ownership and cash flow), coordinate credit and fraud checks and approvals, and drive opportunities to payment on time.

Handover and expansion: ensure a clean handoff to Operations for contracts and delivery. Identify renewal, upsell and cross sell moments.

Sales enablement and insights: work closely with the team to refine messaging, optimize communication strategies, increase conversions and share your learnings to inform business decisions.
In particular, we are looking for

1 to 3 years in B2B new business sales for SMB or mid market customers in electronics retail, telco, IT services, or adjacent.

Comfort with communication across email, phone and LinkedIn, and confidence running structured discovery calls.

Strong commercial numeracy and clear written communication for offers and follow ups.

CRM discipline and pipeline ownership, with good command of spreadsheets and documents. Experience with Pipedrive is a plus

Professional working proficiency in Greek and English.

Nice to have: experience selling device fleets or leasing products, familiarity with SME procurement or partner sales, and knowledge of device lifecycle basics such as staging, accessories, swaps and returns.
