As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Account Executive to grow our sales team.

Job Description:

As a Sales Account Executive, you will be instrumental in establishing our presence and driving sales growth in Greece. This role bridges the front-end sales prospecting and long-term client relationship management. Your primary responsibilities will be both developing new business through outreach, whilst nurturing existing accounts by supporting daily operations and identifying growth opportunities. Positioned at the intersection of the e-commerce and startup ecosystems, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our success in this dynamic space.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various outbound & inbound strategies.
  • Actively interact with customers to identify their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Communicate company’s value proposition to clients and partners.
  • Support daily client operations with proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, offering expert guidance and support.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, and client referrals to drive growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales development, account management, or customer success roles (Experience in logistics or e-commerce environments will be considered a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage prospects and maintain client relationships
  • Team player with can-do attitude
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Experience with Hubspot is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Greek and English language proficiency
