Banquet Coordinator (Fixed Term)


Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Banquet and Group coordination within the hospitality sector
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Familiarity with hotel systems and Property Management Systems (PMS), especially Opera
• A University Degree in Hospitality Management will be considered an asset
• Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively influence stakeholders at all levels
• Creative, innovative, proactive, and resourceful
• Able to perform well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills
• High level of integrity and a team-oriented approach
