Elysian Earth is seeking a talented, growth-oriented and service-minded Sales Manager to join our team.

This role involves developing and expanding our client base in Greece and globally. It’s ideal for someone experienced in multicultural environments, who is flexible with travel and committed to driving outstanding sales performance.

As a Sales Manager your responsibilities will be to:
- Manage and grow Elysian Earth’s client portfolios.
- Conduct market research and form the sales strategy in cooperation with the other members of Elysian Earth’s team and in accordance with the company's view.
- Participate in meetings with current and potential customers and act as an expert in the agri-food sector and bio products.
- Prepare and monitor sales offers and optimize the overall customer experience.
- Build long-term business relationships that align with the company’s values.
- Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Participate in international exhibitions and trade fairs.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agribusiness, or related field.
- 2+ years of corporate-level (B2B) sales experience and knowhow in the food industry and/or alternative healthy products.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Greek.
- Potential to handle all front-line operations, as well as advise Senior Management on strategy and corporate direction.
- Flexibility to travel internationally, when required.
- Solid computer skills and general comfort with technology.
- Knowledge of ERP or inventory/order management systems.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in relevant field.
- Experience working in or with international markets.
- Experience in a start-up or fast-growing business environment.
- Ability to use data tools for performance tracking (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
- Comfortable using basic design tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva) to support marketing efforts or presentations when needed.
- Skilled social media handling
