What you will do:
- Participation in planning and implementation of the company's sales strategy in Traditional Trade channel (Wholesalers, Distributors, etc.) in the assigned area: Attica
- Building distribution and achieving monthly, quarterly and annual goals within the country
- Training and development of the company salesforce
- Control over the implementation of sales targets by the company salesforce
- Managing clients and building relationships to implement the sales strategy
- Implementation and execution of marketing and trade marketing activities together with the marketing team
- Preparation of commercial offers and contracts; conducting sales meetings and yearly negotiations with the partners
- Controlling the budget and operational costs related to sales partners in Traditional Retail channel
- Controlling the company’ pricing strategy implemented on the market
- Monitoring competitors’ activities.
The Ideal candidate has:
- Higher education, preferably in Commerce, Marketing, Economics, Finance or other
- A proven track record in field sales or territory/area management for at least 3 years in the food industry
- Partnerships with local and international wholesalers in the food industry
- Flexibility to travel within the Athens-Attica region
- English Upper-Intermediate
- Greek Professional.
