ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf of its client is looking for a talented Inside Sales Development Representative/Telesales Executive.

Location: Aspropyrgos

📍 Working Model: Hybrid

🖋️You will be reporting to: Sales Manager

 

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Contact prospective clients via phone and email to create sales opportunities.
  • Introduce company services to potential clients.
  • Qualify and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:

 

  • Experience in telesales or inside sales
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office
