The role you’re looking at is part of Wolt Market, our fast-growing grocery delivery service. Wolt Market stores are “dark stores”- designed purely for delivery rather than walk-in shopping. Customers across Greece can order groceries online and have them delivered to their doorstep at lightning speed. Our focus is on customer-first product selection, ultra-fast delivery, and shaping the future of grocery shopping. This role is key to our growth in Greece.

We are looking for a full-time Store Manager to lead one of our Athens dark stores. You’ll oversee operations, manage 2–4 Shift Leads, and ensure smooth daily processes including stock management, freshness, and order accuracy. You’ll hire, train, give daily feedback, and hold 1:1s twice a year to develop your team. You’ll play a central role in shaping how Wolt Market operates locally and drives growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading, growing and motivating a team. Creating an environment where your colleagues can do their best work and have fun while working. You’ll get to plan team events with your team - something we aim to do a couple times a year.
• Your main goal will be to consistently improve the way our stores operate with help from the Operations Team. Fast delivery and fluent operations consist of a large field of things, this is one of the key day to day operational tasks you’ll be working with.
• Continuous participating in internal and external meeting 
• The role also includes a good collaboration and communication with other functions at Wolt to make sure we have a good selection & right products on sale.
• Monitoring shrink levels and control the amount of food that goes to waste.
• Managing shift scheduling.
• Handling incoming goods and order of the store.
• Overseeing everything the store and colleagues need to enable fast growth. This includes everything from ordering office supplies or IT-devices to a complete set of new fridges.

• You are able to work both during the day, evenings and weekends.
• Data-driven and analytical, you understand data to help improve and develop.
• A fluent level of Greece and knowledge of English is required.
