ManpowerGroup is proud to partner with an internationally renowned luxury fashion brand, with a boutique located in the heart of Kolonaki, Athens. We are seeking customer-oriented and style-driven Sales Associates to join the team and contribute to its success.

📌 Location: Kolonaki, Athens

🖋️You will be reporting to: Store Manager
 

What you will do:

• Deliver exceptional, high-end customer service, offering personalized styling advice and creating a memorable in-store experience

• Support clients in selecting luxury clothing, footwear, handbags, and accessories, tailored to their individual style and needs

• Maintain a refined and welcoming store environment, ensuring outstanding product presentation and visual merchandising standards

• Drive sales performance by achieving targets and cultivating long-term relationships with clients

• Handle customer transactions accurately using POS systems, ensuring a seamless checkout experience

• Process cash, card, and digital payments with professionalism and attention to detail

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in retail, ideally in fashion, footwear, handbags, or accessories; previous experience in luxury retail is highly preferred

• Fluency in English is essential

• Genuine interest in fashion and a strong customer-focused mindset

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
