WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Lead, organize, and motivate a team of employees;
• Prepare and manage staff work schedules;
• Be responsible for achieving the store’s sales targets;
• Consult customers and help them choose the ideal furniture;
• Monitor the store’s arrangement and visual presentation;
• Manage inventory levels and orders;
• Ensure high-quality customer service and smooth work processes.
