We are seeking a Retail Sales Advisor at our Luxury Boutiques in MYKONOS. This role is essential in supporting the Store Manager with daily operations, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Visual Merchandising Support

• Assist the Store Manager in driving sales initiatives and achieving store targets.
• Help maintain high standards of visual merchandising to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Contribute to creating a memorable customer experience that enhances store revenue.

 Team Support and Development

• Support the Store Manager in training, coaching, and developing team members to ensure a high-performance culture.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages growth and excellence.

Back Office Tasks

• Manage various administrative tasks including reporting, planning, and maintaining a strong sales culture.
• Oversee stock management and inventory processes to minimize loss and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to protect store assets

Skills and Experience

• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Brand Passion: A genuine passion for fashion brands and the fashion retail industry.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with both team members and customers.

Language Proficiency
