We are looking for a new member to join our Operations Department!
Responsibilities:
- Creation and implementation of purchase/sales orders and delivery schedules.
- Organization of documents necessary for export/import, in close cooperation with transport companies.
- Inventory controls and retail stock management.
- Supervision of the entire supply chain up to the final delivery of goods and receipt of all necessary documents from customers, suppliers etc.
- Control of invoices from suppliers, customers and external logistics and delivery related service providers.
- Collects all shipment information and communicate the upcoming GR shipments to sales.
- Invoicing and feeding into the accounting process.
- Data input and reporting.
- Optimization of logistics/supply management approaches.
- Daily communication with store managers about operational needs (repairs, consumables etc.).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply chain or Logistics.
- 0-2 years of experience in Customer service, Supply chain, and/or in the procurement of export/import logistics services.
- Fluent both in Greek and English (oral & written).
- Very good knowledge of MS-Office and experience with ERP software.
- Driver's licence.
- Handling Complexity, problem solving, analytical and good planning skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player and adaptable.
- Discretion, loyalty and reliability.
